I am suffering just a little bit today after an adventurous 365 mile round trip on Saturday to the Derbyshire Dales to watch football … and climb over a mountain !! It was a fantastic adventure on a wonderful day that just had to be done before the weather turns for winter, but now I am looking forward to relaxing in the studio this evening and am definitely in need of some soothing soul today.
