As all parents like myself will be well aware, it has been the second week of school holidays this week, and with both ideas and money running out to keep the youngsters entertained I was more than happy to invite one of Nathan’s classmates (and her mum !) to join me in the studio to see what goes on during my show. At nine years old, Millie was quite excited and interested by what we do so I gave her the opportunity to contribute by reading a couple of things out on air – Nathan meanwhile has “been-there-done-that” and was more concerned with doing his own mysterious “productions” in the studio next door ! And mum was quite happy to sit back and relax, chilling out to my lovely soulful tunes … winners all round !!!
