I am afraid its another tale of a “senior moment” to share with you this week. There I was in Asda today stocking up on food essentials for the next couple of weeks using my little plastic friend instead of trying to squeeze blood out of another sad little £20 note when suddenly it dawned on me, standing at the till packing my bags, that I just could not remember my PIN number. We’ve all done it, old or young, but us old gits are more prone to such an occurence than others ! I had all the right digits in my head (well nearly!) but could I get them in the right order ? Could I thump ! So after much head scratching, emergency plans B & C were wheeled out before I was eventually allowed to leave the store with my goodies…
It’s days like these that you really need to fall back on your favourite old soul & disco tunes for stress relief in these modern hi-tech days and luckily I have plenty to fall back on, which I share with you week by week on my show each Monday & Saturday evenings.
