Celebrating the Chinese New Year with TV chef Ching He Huang

Celebrations for Chinese New Year, the Year of the Ox, are in full swing across the UK and further afield, like Hong Kong where the festivities are legendary.

It is said that people born in the Year of the Ox are strong, reliable, fair, and conscientious, inspiring confidence in others.

Aston spoke to Emmy nominated TV chef and cookery author Ching He Huang to give some advice on how to replicate some world-famous Hong Kong dishes at home during the pandemic.
