Car showrooms across the country have had to cease trading as the government deemed them ‘non-essential’ back in March.
Since then, there has been a major shift toward online retailing and new research has suggested that even after the pandemic, the traditional trip to a car showroom could be a thing of the past. It found that only 15% of Brits believed a dealership is the best place to get a good deal and a further 18% said they are put off by the prices in show rooms.
However, cost is not the only factor causing Brits to explore other buying platforms.
Aston spoke to Ashley Wade from Carzam to dispel some misconceptions and give advice to those looking to buy right now.
