As we all prepare to settle back into a routine, disciplining ourselves with what time we go to bed and wake up will be the hardest, according to new figures by the Oral Health Foundation and Oral-B.
Nearly half of adults (48%) have changed the time they wake up and go to bed as a result of working from home over the last 12 months, whereas 39% have had the freedom to exercise at different times, and over a third (35%) ate their meals at no set time.
We didn’t just change existing routines, we created new ones too, such as walking more (38%) or cooking from cratch (38%).
Aston spoke to Dr Nigel Carter OBE, chief executive at Oral Health Foundation and Slaine McGrath, dentist from Oral-B.
