Exactly a year after the first lockdown, new research out today by Barclaycard Payments reveal the 10 biggest shifts in consumer behaviour which have emerged as a result of the pandemic, and are set to outlast it.

Tom Cheesewright, one of Britain’s leading Futurists, teamed up with Barclaycard Payments, which processes nearly £1 in every £3 spent in the UK, to understand what these shifts mean for the future of British shopping.
