2021 has picked up where 2020 left off and for those hoping a New Year might see the end of lockdown and Covid-19, there’s still a long way to go.

People are more stressed than ever before with many counting down the days until they can have their vaccination and things go back to the “old normal”.

Lockdown has been challenging for everyone, so it’s no surprise that new research shows two thirds (65%) of adults living in the UK feel more stressed than usual because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The results of the study are published as Huawei AppGallery adds Headspace to the platform, to help them with additional wellbeing support and access to advice and tips from Headspace around mindfulness, meditation, and sleep during this time of increased stress.

Aston spoke to Neil Shah, chief de-stressing officer at The Stress Management Society to discuss how the events of the last 12 months have impacted us and provide tips on how we can use mindfulness as a powerful and practical technique to help relieve stress and anxiety.
