Basildon Pride Festival 2024 took place at Gloucester Park, Basildon where a parade kicked things off which started at 11am near the Toys ‘R’ Us building before making it’s way to Gloucester Park, Basildon where the entertainment carried on.
RuPaul’s Drag Race star Michael Maroulli headlined the main stage, whilst Gateway 97.8 had their own stage with great entertainment in the food court area where our comperes, Ryan Surridge, Kurt Wilson, Aston Avery and James Turner introduced some of the acts which included local band The Vi5ion and even provided a warm up entertainment as well.
The event continued with it’s after party which was held at The Loft in Basildon.
