Police appeal following a concern for welfare

Essex Police are appealing for information following a report of concern for welfare, on Saturday 16 May in One Tree Hill, Langdon Hill County Park.

At around 1.20pm a man who seemed distressed spoke to a dog walker who became concerned following the conversation.

He has been described as white, in his early 20s, with mid length mousy brown hair. He was wearing jeans and a black sweatshirt with a zip. 

Following an extensive search by the Grays Local Policing Team they were unable to locate him. Essex Police would like to find him to make sure he is ok.
