The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited The Sporting Village in Basildon to meet Coach Core Essex
Wills and Kate met apprentices as well as over 30 graduates of the programme, before joining in with a coaching session and a game of Boccia.
They also visited South Essex gymnastics club who are based at the Sporting Village.
