Following the success of the community awards last year, Festival Leisure have teamed up with the Enquirer to host the 2019 Community Awards, highlighting the best of Essex.
There are several categories and the nominations entry date closes on Sunday 3rd March 2019.
Public voting starts on the 4th of March after the panel of judges, who are yet to be name, have short listed each category.
If you’re lucky enough to win, then you will recieve £100 to spend at Festival Leisure and the title at the awards ceremony on Monday 18th March. What’s not to miss!

Categories are:
1. Festival Leisure Volunteer of the year
To recognise someone who gives up their time to help others (charity, youth club workers and uniformed organisations i.e. cubs, scouts, brownies)
2. Festival Leisure Fundraiser of the Year
To recognise someone who has worked tirelessly and been an inspirational charity fundraiser, aged 18 and over.
3. Festival Leisure Young Fundraiser of the Year
To recognise someone who has worked tirelessly and been an inspirational charity fundraiser, aged 17 and under.
4. Festival Leisure Emergency Services Award
To recognise a member of the police, fire, ambulance, paramedics, nurses, doctors, air or sea rescue who have gone beyond the call of duty.
5. Festival Leisure Inspiring Young Person
To recognise an amazing young person aged 17 and under who inspires those around them.
6. Festival Leisure Best Teacher award
To recognise the best head teacher, teacher or teaching assistant at a school in Essex.
7. Festival Leisure Activities Leader Achievement Award
To recognise an activities leader who helps to inspire and motivate such as Drama teacher, Music tutor or Sporting coach.
8. Festival Leisure Employee of the Year
To recognise an employee who has provided you with a great experience at Festival Leisure Park. This award is for someone who currently is employed at Festival Leisure Park whether it be a waitress, ride manager or security member.
9. Festival Leisure Customer Care Award
To recognise the venue that offers the best customer service at Festival Leisure Park
10. Festival Leisure Business of the Year
To recognise your favourite venue at Festival Leisure Park.
