St. Luke’s Hospice have launched their new physiotherapy service to help people living with cancer and other life limiting diseases.  They aim to help people retain their independence and mobility.  They will be using this service across South West Essex.

The physiotherapists will be working within the hospices and doing home visits to help patients cope with any treatment they are receiving, and to help gain mobility when the patient has had surgery, using a range of techniques to help with breathing and lack of movement due to scars.
