Thurrock residents invited to find out more about crime and community safety

Residents and businesses from across the whole of Thurrock borough are invited to find out more about crime and community safety in the district at a public meeting hosted by Roger Hirst, Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to put their questions and concerns to a panel of experts.

The meeting will take place at Tilbury Community Centre, Civic Square, Tilbury, RM18 8AA on Monday 15^th January, 2024, from 7pm to 8pm. All residents of Thurrock borough, including people who live in Grays, Orsett, Corringham and surrounding areas, are invited.

Mr Hirst will be joined on the panel by Chief Inspector Anthony Atkin of Essex Police, along with representatives from Thurrock Community Safety Partnership (CSP), and Essex County Fire and Rescue Service.

Attendees at the meeting can also learn more about current crime initiatives in the Thurrock policing district.
