Another packed edition of the British Blues Awards 2013 nominated Digital Blues on Gateway 97.8 tonight with loads of new and recent releases along with all the variety you have come to expect!

There are slices of birthday cake for Bernard Sallem (Awek), Gary ‘US’ Bonds and Tom Jones plus new or recent releases from Albany Down (the IBBA Album of the Month for June), Kat & Co, Angel Forrest, Nicole Hart & Anni Piper, 24th Street Wailers, Chuck Leavell, Dale Storr, Robbie Hill & the Blue 62’s, the Fossen & Struck Band, The Proof and Billy Hector.

From Vol 3 of Jock’s Juke Joint there are tracks from Leona Rae, Safehouse and Calum Ingram and from the brand new Blues Women International CD, I have tracks featuring Joni Buffalohead/Alexandra Buffalohead and Sunday Wilde,

In the gig guide there are tracks from Matt Andersen, Bonnie Raitt and Sandi Thom feat Buffy Sainte Marie.

To top this delicious feast off I have Eden Brent and Nathan James & The Rhythm Scratchers.
