Autism show – Decemeber 2019

All Things Autism in Essex special had it’s last airing of 2019 on Thursday 5th December.

On the show Aston and Anna Kennedy OBE reflected back on 2019, highlighting all of events, spoke about the relaxed performance of “Dick Whittington” at the Towngate Theatre in Basildon and spoke to guests.

Aston & Anna’s first guest was Hayley Gostelow who is the new education and outreach leader at the Towngate Theatre to discuss the relax performance and also about her role as education and outreach leader.

Aston & Anna’s second guest was Paula McGowan who is an overseas ambassador for the Anna Kennedy online charity and also campaigner and they discussed about how she first met Anna and also about her own campaign.

Anna had this to say after the show:

“What a fabulous 6 months this has been with Aston and I and our wonderful guests each month ‘Talking All things Autism in Essex’ Both Aston and I are excited for 2020 to carry on raising autism awareness and acceptance into a new decade. We would like to thank Gateway 97.8 for truly being inclusive and for giving us both this opportunity. Basildon is definitely on its way to being an autism friendly Town.”
