Local radio station, Gateway 97.8, has launched a new project to get the people of Basildon and East Thurrock fit!
Gateway to Fitness has been launched today, with free on air fitness classes beginning in the new year. If you want to shake off some of that Christmas food, or just get moving, then this is the project for you!
Gateway 97.8 is working with local fitness coaches and personal trainers to provide a range of on air classes suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.
Classes will be broadcasted live on air and on social media and posted on the Gateway 97.8 website for you to catch up on.
