General Election Special on Gateway 97.8

Britain will go to the polls again on the 8th June for the third time in 3 years in a general election called unexpectedly by Prime Minister, Theresa May earlier this year. Of course, Gateway have been covering the build-up and will be covering the main event live through the night on election day.

The General Election Special begins at 11pm on 8th June and will finish at in the early morning on 9th June.

Ros, Jacqui & Peter will all be live in the studio covering the national results.

Liz, John & Alan will be live at Basildon count bringing you results, exclusives and interviews.

Danny Lawrence will be doing the same at the Thurrock count.
