Theatre lovers are being offered a range of offers through a new membership scheme being run by the Towngate Theatre.
The recently launched Love Towngate membership scheme offers discounts on shows and food and drink, and up to two free tickets.
Councillor Kevin Blake, cabinet member for leisure and arts at Basildon Council said: “The membership is good value for money for those who visit the theatre regularly, who will get priority booking and discounts on their tickets. It also offers discounts on the theatre bar, so is ideal for those who enjoy their coffee or popping for a spot of lunch.
The membership is available on two levels, with Silver Membership available for £15 per year and Gold Membership at £25 per year. Members will be able to receive up to 72 hours priority notice for shows and will also be invited to selected meet the cast events.
